The outer box of the product may be squeezed during transportation, and the product may have slight scratches. For those who have strict requirements for this, please place an order. Please think carefully before doing so. If the product needs to be replaced, the customer can contact customer service on the day of receipt to exchange the product and bear the return shipping costs.

Due to the different color rendering of each computer, as well as the lighting of the shooting location and the different definitions and perceptions of color by each person, the color of the product shown in the photo cannot be 100% consistent. The pre-order process is just like placing an order, it just takes a little longer. Currently, it takes approximately 10-20 working days from the date of order to produce and ship to you (estimated 3-4 weeks).

1) This pre-order product is ordered from the manufacturer based on your order. After the pre-order is confirmed and paid in full, we will not accept cancellation, exchange, or refund of any order.
2) This pre-order product is ordered by the company from the manufacturer based on your order. Except for returns and exchanges due to product defects , order cancellations, refunds, and exchanges are not allowed for any reason. Please note that most of our products are handmade and each piece may not be exactly the same or perfect. Therefore, scratches, stains or spots on pre-order items are not considered defects . ( The mold will be stained during processing and spraying, or when baked in a high-temperature oven, spots and scratches caused by contact with the conveyor belt are normal and not quality defects! Some baking tools are handmade, and each product May not be completely consistent or perfect (scratches, bumps, deformation of the outer packaging, moisture in the outer box, and/or possible odor contamination during transportation are not included in the scope of defects) .

4) The estimated arrival date of pre-ordered products is for reference only. Due to many external factors (such as weather effects, holidays, flight delays, etc.), the estimated arrival date may be longer than expected. Our store does not accept any cancellation, refund, return and exchange applications related to the expected arrival date of the product . If you urgently need delivery before the estimated arrival date, please contact us for more information about your pre-order.
5) After the order is paid in full, if the product is no longer available or canceled due to out-of-stock (out of stock), the manufacturer's inability to produce, or other factors beyond the company's control, the pre-order amount will be fully refunded. Please contact us for more information about your pre-order.
6) After the ordered goods arrive at our warehouse, we will ship them to the address you filled in when ordering. If you need to change your shipping message, please contact us before we ship your item.
7) We only accept Payme and FPS as payment methods for pre-orders.

Out of Stock

If there is a shortage or out-of-stock situation, we will notify the customer as soon as possible and arrange a refund or exchange for other products with the difference in price.

Product Care

Designated electronic products have a genuine warranty period (excluding self-repairs, product host or accessories submerged in water, man-made damage, failure to use in accordance with the instructions, expiration of the warranty period, revision, etc.). The warranty period and maintenance center information are noted in the product details for the convenience of customers.

Exchange

Returns

． All orders are non-returnable after payment is confirmed! All food ingredients, special price items and gifts are non-returnable!

． Please check the product immediately after receiving it. If you find any defects (affecting the use) in a brand new and unused condition, please contact customer service on the day of receipt, attach pictures and describe the defects in detail. Please do not send the product back without a confirmation from us.

． If the customer notices any damage or omission in the goods at the time of receipt, they can first record the goods in photos and contact us within 3 days after receiving the goods and provide the relevant order number and receipt. If a defect is found (affecting use) and a return is required, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs, keeping the goods intact packaging (unused) and ensuring that their assembly status is consistent with the time of receipt. Please contact customer service on the day of receipt with pictures and details of the defects.

． Returns are not accepted for the following reasons: personal tactile perception, slightly falling threads, minor defects that do not affect use, color difference in photos (each computer displays different colors and each person has different definitions of color), size inappropriate (detailed sizes are provided on the website, please consider or consult customer service before placing an order), product is different from imagination, dye or storage smell, packaging bag/box damaged during transportation, man-made damage after receiving the package, etc.

Please note that shipping costs are not refundable for returns.
