Shipping Fee (Hong Kong only)

• Free shipping is available for designated products with a net purchase of HK$300 or above. Our store uses SF Express/other logistics companies to provide delivery services*
• For purchases under HK$300, SF Express will be arranged (calculated based on volume and weight) / other logistics companies (Lalamove/GoGoVan collect)

SF Express: includes residential delivery, SF Express Station* and SF Smart Locker* (*When checking out, you can directly fill in the SF Express code in the delivery address column.)

Shipping Address

• Please do not use a PO Box as your shipping address.
• SF Express is only suitable for orders shipped to Hong Kong. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Delivery time

• After confirmation of successful payment, it will generally take 1-3 working days for the order to be processed and shipped, depending on the inventory.

• Under normal circumstances, standard delivery service will arrive at the delivery address within 2-3 working days. Orders placed in remote areas of Hong Kong will take an additional 3 to 4 working days to be delivered.

* Please consider the shipping risks before purchasing. If there is any loss during transportation, the customer will be responsible for the loss.
** If there is a shortage of goods and the order amount does not reach HK$300, SF Express will be arranged for express delivery.
