Shipping policy

Shipping (Hong Kong only)

  • Free shipping on net spending of HK$300 or above, our store uses SF Express to provide delivery service
  • Spending less than HK$300 will be arranged by SF Express (shipping fees are calculated by volumeweight)

SF Express : Including residential delivery, SF station* and EF Locker* (*When checking out, you can directly fill in the SF code in the delivery address column.)

  • Do not use a PO Box as your shipping address.
  • SF Express is only suitable for orders shipped to Hong Kong. Sorry for any inconveniences caused.


Delivery Time

  • After confirming the payment is successful, it usually takes 1-3 working days to process and send out the order, depending on the stock.
  • Under normal circumstances, the standard delivery service arrives at the delivery address within 2-3 business days. Orders in remote areas of Hong Kong will take an additional 3 to 4 working days to arrive.

* Customer should consider the risk of shipping before purchasing. If the product is lost during the shipping period, the customer must bear the loss.
** If the item is out of stock and does not met the minimum requirement of HK$300 for free SF delivery, we will change it to SF receiver pay. We apologize for this incident.
***  Please notify customer service if you would like to send multiple orders together and mail it in one waybill/package. If we did not receive your notification regarding this matter, we will automatically sent out the order as it is, and we will not accept the request for a refund of the shipping cost.


Other overseas customers

.Please note that the freight and all customs duties must be paid by the customer. Since the freight is calculated by weight, it needs to be quoted independently for each order. The customer can choose to quote first and pay the freight together with the same order, or contact customer service and pay the freight separately after placing the order.

.The customer should consider the risk of shipping before purchasing. If it is lost during the shipping period, the customer shall bear the loss by himself.

.For international orders, if you need to use the designated courier company for quotation, please contact customer service directly through E-mail/Whatsapp, otherwise, it will be charged and sent by the general Hongkong Post (air freight).
