Wholesale Ordering Instructions (Please read the following instructions before ordering to indicate your agreement to the terms, thank you!)
1) This wholesale order is placed from the manufacturer based on your order. Once the wholesale order is confirmed and full payment is made, we will not accept any cancellations, exchanges, or refunds.
2) This wholesale order is placed from the manufacturer by the company based on your order. Except for returns and exchanges due to product defects, orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned for any reason. Please note that most of our products are handmade, and each item may not be exactly the same or perfect. Therefore, scratches, stains, or spots on the items are not considered defects. (Stains and spots caused by molds getting dirty during processing and painting, or contact with the conveyor belt during high-temperature baking, are normal and not quality defects! Some baking tools are handmade, and each item may not be exactly the same or perfect (scratches, dents, deformed outer packaging, moisture in the outer box, and/or odor contamination that may occur during transportation are not considered defects).
3) Images are for reference only; the actual product shall prevail. We will not accept any cancellation, refund, return, or exchange requests based on discrepancies between product images and the actual product.
4) The estimated arrival date for wholesale products is for reference only. External factors (such as weather, holidays, flight delays, etc.) may cause the estimated arrival date to be later than expected. We will not accept any cancellation, refund, return, or exchange requests based on the estimated arrival date of the product. If you urgently need delivery before the estimated arrival date, please contact us for more information regarding your wholesale order.
5) After full payment, if the product becomes unavailable or is cancelled due to stock shortages, manufacturer inability to produce, or other factors beyond our control, the wholesale amount will be fully refunded. Please contact us for more information regarding your wholesale order.
6) Once your wholesale order arrives at our warehouse, we will ship it to the address you provided when ordering. If you need to change shipping information, please contact us before we ship.
7) Wholesale orders do not qualify for free shipping, but we can provide delivery services. Shipping costs will be collected by a third-party logistics company. Please feel free to submit your quote now.
8) All online product prices are calculated in Hong Kong dollars. Product prices are subject to change without notice.
Return Policy
All items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
