． All bakery products are measured by hand, the sizes are for reference only. There may be slight deviations in size. The store will not accept any refund requests for product size deviations.
．Since some of the baking tools are handcrafted, each product may not be completely consistent or flawless. Some of our molds will be stained during processing and spraying, or when it is baked in a high-temperature oven, the spots and scratches generated by the contact with the conveyor belt are normal phenomena, it is not quality defects. Scratches, bumps, deformation of the outer packaging, moisture in the outer box, and/or smell contamination that may be caused during transportation are not included in the scope of defects. Please read carefully before placing an order. If the product needs to be replaced, the customer can contact the customer service to exchange the product within 3 days of receipt, and bear the return shipping cost.
． Due to the different color rendering of each computer, as well as due to the different lighting at the shooting location and each person's definition of color, the color of the product shown in the photo cannot be 100% exactly the same. Please refer to the actual product for color. Please consider carefully before placing an order. The store will not accept any refund application for product pictures and physical differences.

- Free shipping on net spending of HK$300 or above, our store uses SF Express to provide delivery service
- Spending less than HK$300 will be arranged by SF Express (shipping fees are calculated by volume+ weight)
SF Express : Including residential delivery, SF station* and EF Locker* (*When checking out, you can directly fill in the SF code in the delivery address column.)
- Do not use a PO Box as your shipping address.
- SF Express is only suitable for orders shipped to Hong Kong. Sorry for any inconveniences caused.
- After confirming the payment is successful, it usually takes 1-3 working days to process and send out the order, depending on the stock.
- Under normal circumstances, the standard delivery service arrives at the delivery address within 2-3 business days. Orders in remote areas of Hong Kong will take an additional 3 to 4 working days to arrive.

．Please note that the freight and all customs duties must be paid by the customer. Since the freight is calculated by weight, it needs to be quoted independently for each order. The customer can choose to quote first and pay the freight together with the same order, or contact customer service and pay the freight separately after placing the order.

．For international orders, if you need to use the designated courier company for quotation, please contact customer service directly through E-mail/Whatsapp, otherwise, it will be charged and sent by the general Hongkong Post (air freight).

In case of out-of-stock situation, we will notify the customer as soon as possible and arrange a refund.
Designated electronic products have a licensed warranty period (excluding self-repair, product host or accessories entering water, man-made damage, not using the instructions, exceeding the warranty period, revision, etc.) The warranty period and maintenance center information have been indicated in the product details, which is convenient for customers to inquire.

．If you receive a defective product, please send it back within 3 days after confirm with customer service via e-mail or whatsapp (you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping cost). If it is overdue, it will not be accepted. We will replace the same product for the customer once we confirm it is defective. If the replacement product is out of stock, we will make a refunds to you.
．Returns are not accepted for the following reasons: personal tactile perception, a little thread loss, small flaws that do not affect use, photo color difference (each computer has different color rendering and each person has different color definitions), Inconsistency in size (detailed dimensions are provided on the webpage for reference only, if you need exact measurement of the product, please contact customer service before placing an order), the product is different from what you imagined, the dye or the smell of storage, the damage to the packaging bag/box during transportation, and/or man-made damage and other situations that occurred after receipt.
